Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated QNXT Benefits Configuration Team Coordinator to support our client based out of Norfolk VA, in the healthcare services industry. This position has the exciting opportunity to lead a brand new team that supports the configuration services that enable healthcare organizations to provide accurate and timely benefits administration to their members. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years experience in a benefits configuration role with QNXT
- A strong understanding of benefits information in the commercial space, including the complexities of small and large group plans.
- A strong understanding of claims processing, coverage details, and offerings for members.
- Strong experience in SQL including writing queries to validate benefits configuration data
- Minimum 5 years leading a team.
- Ability to work in a 50/50 capacity with 50% being hands-on with the analysts and 50% leadership responsibilities.
- Experience in designing benefits and translating business requirements into system configurations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the configuration of benefit plans within QNXT, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and commercial requirements.
- Work with front-end QNXT benefits configuration (with experience in both front-end and back-end systems), focusing on ensuring accuracy and alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather, analyze, and design benefits configurations based on requirements.
- Provide leadership in designing benefit configurations, ensuring seamless integration with other system components.
- Ability to write SQL queries for tasks such as validating work, running configurations, or supporting the team's migration to new systems.
